How licences work
Delivered by e-mail, activated offline
After payment the licence arrives by e-mail, as text and as a .vel file. In Velmar Cut, choose Enter your licence, paste the text or open the file, and click Activate. No account or internet connection is needed.
Seven days with every edition
The trial starts the first time you run Velmar Cut and unlocks every edition, without an account or card. When you activate a licence, your jobs, stock and settings stay as they are.
Renewals start when the term ends
A renewal starts on the day your current licence of that edition ends, so renewing early loses no paid days. Velmar Cut reminds you before the term ends.
Licences add up
A 1D and a 2D licence side by side unlock the full edition. If you start with 1D and later cut sheets, add a 2D licence. The program combines what your licences include.
Any number of computers
A licence is not tied to a machine. Activate the same licence at the saw, in the office and on a laptop, and again on a new computer when you replace one.
When a licence ends
When all your licences have ended, Velmar Cut stops as it does after the trial, until you enter a new licence. Your jobs, plans and exports stay on your computer.
VAT and receipts
Prices exclude VAT. At checkout Stripe adds the VAT for your country. EU businesses outside Croatia that enter a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge). Customers in Croatia pay Croatian VAT. You receive a receipt for every payment.
Payment
Payment runs through Stripe Checkout, and Velmar never sees your card details. The licence arrives by e-mail a few minutes after the payment is confirmed.

Is this a subscription?
No. Each licence is paid once, for a fixed term or for life, and nothing renews automatically. You pay again only if you buy a renewal yourself.
What happens to my files when a licence ends?
They stay on your computer and remain yours. To open them in Velmar Cut again you need a valid licence. After you enter a renewal, you continue where you stopped.
Can I renew before my licence ends?
Yes. The renewal starts when your current licence of that edition ends, so no paid days are lost. In My licences the renewal already has your licence number filled in.
Can I change edition later?
Yes. Licences add up, so you buy the edition you are missing, or the full Velmar Cut. The new licence starts on the day you buy it and runs alongside the one you have.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT, and Stripe adds the VAT for your country at checkout. EU businesses outside Croatia with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge), and customers in Croatia pay Croatian VAT.
